Order service or repair on the mobile phone purchased from us.

We recommend that you do a backup of your phone and that you delete all user data before you send it to us.

Locked screen and phone lock (example Find My Iphone) must be turned off.

Remove SIM.card, memory card and other accessories. You must only send the phone.

Post your phone (your postal note will be sent to your email after you have registered the mobileservice).
